Delivery Policy & ID Requirements

- Matching Information – The name on the order must exactly match the name shown on the submitted ID. Mismatched information will result in cancellation.
- Age Verification – Customers must be 21+ (or 18+ with valid medical recommendation where applicable). ID is reviewed prior to delivery approval.
- Delivery Approval – Submitting an order does not guarantee delivery. Orders are subject to verification, availability, and driver confirmation.
