POLICY

Delivery Policy & ID Requirements

  • Valid Government ID Required – Customers must submit a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID to complete any delivery request. Orders cannot be processed without ID verification.
  • Matching Information – The name on the order must exactly match the name shown on the submitted ID. Mismatched information will result in cancellation.
  • Age Verification – Customers must be 21+ (or 18+ with valid medical recommendation where applicable). ID is reviewed prior to delivery approval.
  • Delivery Approval – Submitting an order does not guarantee delivery. Orders are subject to verification, availability, and driver confirmation.
  • ID Check at Door – The physical ID used during submission must be presented upon delivery. Failure to present ID will void the order.
  • Refusal Rights – Kush Korner II reserves the right to refuse or cancel any delivery that fails verification or appears suspicious.
  • No Third-Party Acceptance – Delivered orders may only be received by the verified customer listed on the order.
  • Safe Delivery Conditions – Drivers may cancel deliveries if safety, location access, or verification issues arise.

In-Person Pickup & ID Requirements

  • Valid Photo ID Required – Customers must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID at pickup.
  • Order Match Required – The name on the order must match the ID exactly. Orders cannot be released otherwise.
  • Age Verification at Pickup – All customers are age-verified upon arrival in accordance with California regulations.
  • Order Hold Policy – Pickup orders may be held for a limited time. Unclaimed orders may be canceled or returned to inventory.
  • Right to Refuse – Kush Korner II may refuse service if identification or verification requirements are not met.

Curbside Pickup Requirements

  • ID Required at Vehicle – Valid government photo ID must be presented during curbside verification.
  • Customer Must Be Present – Orders may only be released to the verified customer who placed the order.
  • Verification Before Release – Staff must complete ID and order verification prior to handoff.
  • Vehicle & Safety Compliance – Curbside service is provided at staff discretion based on safety and store policy.
  • No Third-Party Pickup – Orders cannot be released to friends, drivers, or unauthorized individuals.
